We donate items to charity when requested by customers and recycle as much as situationally possible.  Anything that cannot be donated or recycled is taken exclusively to recycling centers. We charge based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck.  Everybody has a different amount of junk and the pricing will be different for every situation.  The price we quote includes labor, dump fees, and time. For dense materials, such as Bricks, Cinderblocks, and Lumber, the pricing increases slightly with the large increase in weight.  These items are typically heavy and need to be sorted  as C&D (construction and Debris) and incur their own cost.  This is not a hidden fee and will absolutely be discussed at your quote.  Please visit the CONTACT US link at the top of the page to answer any further questions regarding this or call 508-463-6150.

I certainly DO take Scrap Metal!  But not for free, unfortunately.  All of my removals are for a fee but getting an ESTIMATE is 100% Free and In-Person.

Hazardous materials will NOT be taken.  They are often referred to as HAZ-MAT items.
These include items such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, or oil drums, as we are ONLY removing non-hazardous, solid waste.

Absolutely. The remote payment options are credit card, PayPal, Zelle. Coordination will be made with a Junk Removal professional at Ryan’s Junk Truck by calling 508-463-6150.  I CANNOT enter your home without you present.  But if the items are outside I can certainly complete my duties without the need for my customers to be there.  This is ideal for Real Estate agents, Contractors, and anybody simply too busy to be everywhere at once.

The size of our trucks varies to cater to different types of hauling needs. Our fleet includes a MONSTER truck/trailer combo that measures the size of a city block and also has standard dump trucks that are commonly used by other junk removal companies, measuring 12 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet high. To ensure efficient and timely service, we’ll send as many trucks as needed to handle all your junk removal needs.  “Cubic yards” or “yard” are the standard measurement for Junk Removal, and you’ll hear this term used by other companies.

Our pricing guarantee means that if you want the quote in writing, I’ll be happy to give it to you in writing.
The on-site and in-person estimate we provide before starting the job is the maximum amount that we will charge you.  If items are added after the price quote then naturally the price will increase, but conversely if the items take up less space in the truck than predicted, we will charge you less.  It’s a constant effort to be MORE HONEST than my competing companies.  I want to show up in-person and give you a price you can hang your hat on.
