Why won't my town take my mattress?
Because state law says they can't. Since November 2022, MassDEP bans mattresses and box springs from disposal statewide — trash, curbside, and transfer stations included. They have to be recycled, which is the service we provide.
Do I have to get the mattress outside first?
No — that's the point of full service. We come in, carry it from any room on any floor, load it, and haul it for recycling. You don't lift a thing.
Do you take box springs and frames too?
Yes — box springs of all sizes and bed frames, metal or wood. Tell us what you've got and the quote covers all of it.
What happens to my old mattress?
It gets recycled — steel, foam, and fibers are separated and reused. Combined with our donation and waste-to-energy partners, we keep 90% of everything we collect out of landfills.
